Adelaide Clemens

Born and brought up from Brisbane Australia. Daughter of an English father. Clemens' acting career began during her senior year of high school. The actress guest starred on an Episode of Blue Water High as Juliet and, in 2007, she appeared in the show for children Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji as Alison. Clemens was nominated at the Logie Awards in 2008 for her character, Harper, in Showtime's drama Love My Way. She was awarded the Graham Kennedy Award and the Award to be the Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens starred with Sigrid Xavier Xavier Sigrid Cropper Andrew McFarlane and Linda Cropper in Dream Life 2008. The show starred MTV Networks Australia. In 2009, she became the model for Jan Logan's Jewelry. Clemens moved to Los Angeles California. Clemens starred on the screen in the role of Xandrie (Wasted on the Young) in the movie Wasted on the Young. Clemens was in Camilla Dickinson alongside Gregg Sulkin and Cary Elwes. Samantha Mathis also appeared. She appeared as Heather Mason (a teenage girl) in Silent Hill: Revelation 3D. The film's horror plot is based on Silent Hill 3, a survival horror videogame. The film was also a sequel of Silent Hill. Clemens played the role of Valentine Wannop, a suffragette in Parade's End. Clemens had her first film role in the 2012 horror film No One Lives with Luke Evans. Also, she was in 2013's film The Great Gatsby based on F. Scott Fitzgerald's novel of the same title. Catherine Wilson played Isla's younger sister. Clemens portrays Tawney talbot on Rectify (2013), created by Ray McKinnon for the Sundance Channel. Clemens will also be starring alongside Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham and Zachary Quinto in the independent drama The Girl Who Invented Kissing.
