Luke Grimes (American actor, musician) has appeared in many famous films and television shows, like American Sniper Fifty Shades of Grey Yellowstone. His charismatic and versatile performance, along with his the love for music, are his main reasons for being so well-known. Luke Timothy Grimes (born in 1964) is an American actor. Luke Grimes was best known as the star of the film American Sniper. Grimes grew up within Dayton Ohio as the son of a Pentecostal priest. Grimes was a 2002 graduate from Dayton Christian High School. Luke Timothy Grimes was born on January 21 1984, in Dayton Ohio U.S. Randy Grimes is a Pentecostal Pastor, as is Angie Barker. Luke Grimes comes from a family with three children: Racheal Grimes (his sister), Abby Grimes (her brother), and Seth Grimes. The family of his parents was very religious and strict. He was a graduate of Dayton Christian High School. After graduation from high school in 2002 Luke moved to New York City to pursue his ambition of being an actor. He enrolled in 2002 at the American Academy of Dramatic Arts in New York City, where he spent two years learning about acting. In order to develop his musical abilities, he studied singing and playing guitar.
