Ashley Madekwe and Ashley Leggat

Madekwe is a British-Nigerian mixed race child was born into the family of South London. She has a mother who is English and her father Nigerian. She was born on the southern part of London Council Estate, and then was a student at The Brit School aged 14. She went to The Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London which she graduated with an BA in acting. The stage she appeared in was several productions as a student including the role of King Henry V, as Princess Katherine, and Wuthering Heights, as Catherine Earnshaw.
Madekwe's acting career started with Storm Damage. Since then, she has appeared in Teachers, Doctors Casualty and Drop Dead Gorgeous. Madekwe scored her first motion picture role in the Woody Allen movie Cassandra's Dream, opposite Colin Farrell and Ewan McGregor. Her success led her to play Elisha in a single-off BBC Three drama West 10 LDN pilot, then appear in the six-episode series Trexx and Flipside in the role of Ollie. The year 2008 saw her was offered the part of Bambi on the ITV2 show drama Secret Diary of a Call Girl and was featured in the episodes two and three. Madekwe starred in the comedy feature film How to Lose Friends & Alienate People. A couple of her credits on stage are Little Sweet Thing (by Roy Williams) and Flight Path (by David Watson).
Madekwe first aired in the US by presenting The Beautiful Life. The drama series ran on The CW for only two episodes, but it was cancelled. Ashley Davenport was her role in the ABC drama Revenge. In May of 2013, it was announced that Madekwe, who had appeared on the show as a series regular for the two previous seasons, was to leave the series with a guest appearance on the premier episode of the new season. She was Tituba in the program Salem from 2014 to. Madekwe and her partner of many years, Iddo Goldenberg, were wedding in June of 2012. They have worked together in the show Secret Diary of a Call Girl as well as he had a role alongside her in the television series Salem.

Ashley Leggat, an actress that was nominated two times for a Gemini Award, is a member of a large Hamilton family. Four of her older brothers were also present and included twins Todd & Bram, Brett & Rob. The four brothers of Ashley, who were all extremely physically active, were all playing hockey during the winter and baseball during the summers, meaning that she grew up playing in arenas and baseball parks. Ashley was never able to walk. She was a dancer. When she reached 2 and a 1/2 when she was a little older, she was a part of Baby Ballet. This was the beginning of Ashley's passion for dance. After graduating from High School, Ashley danced competitively in the top divisions in tap, jazz, ballet and pointe as well as acrobatics, musical theatre, lyrical, and hip-hop. She won the top individualist in all the most prestigious dance competitions like, International Dance Challenge, Showstoppers, 5-6-7-8 Showtime, Flash Dance, and Dance, Dance, Dance to name a few.
