Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco is an American-Canadian artist and singer. She has released more than 20 albums. DiFranco has released more than 20 albums. A feminist icon widely recognized as Grammy winner Ani DiFranco is considered to be the father of the DIY movement, and was among the first musicians to launch her own label 1990. DiFranco born on 23 September 1970 in Buffalo, New York. She is the daughter of Elizabeth (Ross), who came across Dante Americo DiFranco while studying at Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her father was of Italian heritage and her mother was a Montreal native. Ani Difrasco composed and recorded the song "32 Flavors".
