Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah is an Indian actress, playback performer and musician, who is most often in Tamil and Malayalam film languages. Annayum Rasoolum was her Malayalam as well as Tamil acting debuts. Andrea Jeremiah was raised in a Tamil Nadu Anglo-Indian family. Her father is a Madras High Court lawyer. She is the younger sister of a researcher assistant from Leuven, Belgium. Jeremiah is originally from Chennai. She went to National Public School, and then graduated Women's Christian College. Jeremiah has stated that she was an avid fan of science and wanted to become psychiatrist when she passed the 12th grade of her board exams.Andrea learned classical piano when she was eight. In her twenties, she became an active member of the Jackson Five-style troupe called Young Stars which formed the base of her early musical and singing career. The actress was also a stage artist in her college and performed in a variety of productions staged through The Madras Players and EVAM. Andrea was head of the Women's Christian College's Student Senate. Andrea's stage career started with the play of Girishkarnad Nagamandala. Her 2006 role in the new leo Coffee advertisement was with Shiva. She also acted in the Podhigai Channel on a TV series. She has performed across India.
