Sharp, who was born in Rochester, New York in 1962, was a clarinet player, cellos, and pianos at the Hochstein School of Music. Her enthusiasm for school theatre led her to apply to The Boston Conservatory, where she was awarded the opportunity to receive a scholarship. Cum Laude awarded Sharp a B.F.A. Sharp chose to go into the theatre following her graduation from Cum Laude with a B.F.A. She played in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel and made her debut Off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the interactive comedy Eat the Runt, she took on eight different characters. Sharp's other theatre appearances include Abyssinia and Aida. Sharp's works aren't limited to the stage or screen. Sharp also wrote and co-written several projects. Sharp is still performing and is in the process of putting together an album of full length. Sharp is a fitness enthusiast and stays in great condition by pursuing Krav Maga and boxing. Sharp lives within Los Angeles with family.
